Settling time

By day, light shines
on what still seemed true
at night.

Good plans

inspired by darkness.

✶ I found this note in the Notes app on my phone. Written in July 2023. What was that bad idea pretending to be a good plan? I’ve forgotten. I do remember typing it, though, with the morning sun and my phone lighting up my face and mind. There’s a reason I saved it.
